Our Technology

Our machinery offers turning capacities for diameters of up to 1200 mm and a total length of 8000 mm.

All components are stress relieved prior to manufacturing. All welding work is carried out by certified welders. Remelted material (ESU) is used for special applications such as photographic papers.

The steel tubes of our rolls are bored on deep-hole boring or turning machines in general to guarantee constant wall thickness and minimize unbalanced mass.

Our Quality Control

After completion of the roll body and especially before the roll is delivered to the customer each roll is checked carefully and all technical details are summarized in a quality report.

An excellent function is thus ensured and each roll can be positively identified even after a number of years.
